Barbieri Roccia NXT Extrastrong TPU Road Tube 28"

The Barbieri Roccia NXT Extrastrong TPU inner tube is based on the tried and tested NXT series, but focuses on increased puncture resistance.

"Roccia", the Italian word for rock, stands for a particularly robust design. The basis for this is an increased material thickness compared to the NXT series. Compared to conventional butyl tubes, the Roccia is said to be up to three times more resistant while still offering a lower weight and a compact pack size. 

In this version, the inner tube is intended for use with road bike tyres. Despite its robust design, the pack size remains compact, making it ideal as a spare inner tube for travelling.

Note:
TPU tubes may only be inflated carefully outside the casing until they are wrinkle-free and have a round shape. Barbieri specifies a maximum air pressure outside the tyre of 0.3 bar (4.5 psi) for ALL TPU inner tubes! 

Tip:
If a puncture does occur, you can repair the inner tube with the Barbieri repair kit for TPU inner tubes (prod. code: 1633460001).
