Maxxis Rekon PERFORMANCE COMPOUND MTB Clincher Tyre

The MAXXIS Rekon combines fast rolling behaviour with plenty of volume and additional damping. It is designed for versatile use between trail and all-mountain. The tread pattern is designed for dry to loose surfaces and promises a good balance of traction, control and efficiency.

The flat centre knobs support easy rolling on hardpack and forest trails, while more pronounced side knobs offer additional grip in bends and technical terrain. Thanks to the combination of an efficient rolling centre tread and controlled cornering, the Rekon is suitable for both front and rear use.

In this version, the Rekon combines the MAXXIS Performance Compound [MPC] for trail and all-mountain use with a focus on balanced performance, durability and control. The MAXXIS Performance Compound [MPC] is designed to offer particularly good value for money and turns this version into an affordable choice for versatile use.
