Get an overview of how these affect your sleep, stress and HRV* in the GARMIN Connect app. Your smartwatch will help you to make more conscious decisions.
• HEALTH STATUS: Get an overview of whether your health data – such as HRV, heart rate, skin temperature* and pulse ox** during sleep – are within your usual range or deviate from it.
